Monday!

Another day is in the books! We didn’t have to get up extremely early today! 👍

We had a wonderful breakfast in a cafe in Ennis. I love coffee.

So many steps. Bunratty Castle is amazing. Every day, whatever it is that we did becomes my new favorite thing. Bunratty will be hard to beat though. I decided to be stubborn and I climbed the crazy twisted steps all the way to the top. Twice. I did have to go down the stairs on my bottom but I made it. The rooms were decorated so they fit the time period of the castle and it was just wonderful. Like you stepped back in time. I really don’t have words to accurately describe it.

King John’s Castle was also amazing but in a different way. It was wheelchair accessible -big plus!- and it was set up more like a museum.

We are already at our hotel for the night. It is a castle! No words. None. Only can describe this with photos. We will also be making a separate post for photos that Mom took.
